Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to take a break from playing, you can request to self exclude from ZenLottery. Find out how self exclusion works, what it means for your account and how to access additional support if you need it.
Self-exclusion prevents you from participating in a lottery for a period of your choosing, from a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years.
To request self-exclusion, simply select the charity lottery you play from the dropdown below. You'll be taken directly to its self-exclusion page, where you can fill in the form to submit your request.
Once your request has been processed, your lottery entries will be cancelled, any applicable refunds arranged and further participation prevented for your chosen exclusion period.
You'll be directed to your chosen lottery's website to complete your request.
What happens when you self-exclude?
Once your request has been received and processed, your lottery entries will be cancelled, any applicable refunds arranged and further participation prevented for your chosen exclusion period. You will also stop receiving lottery marketing communications. At the end of your exclusion period, you must contact your lottery team by telephone and complete a signed request to resume playing.
